My approach to personalized perimenopause and menopause care tailors treatment and support to your unique experiences, preferences, and physical, emotional, and sexual health needs as you transition through menopause.
Together, we will review multiple factors such as your symptoms, medical history, genetic predispositions, age, goals, and lifestyle to create a customized care plan.
A personalized plan can include hormonal and non-hormonal therapies, nutritional guidance, mental health support, and holistic practices.
My priority is to improve your quality of life and overall health by addressing the wide-ranging effects of menopause on the body and mind. This comprehensive care during the menopause transition will set a strong foundation for longterm wellbeing and healthy aging.
You deserve to feel your best! If you are experiencing hot flashes, mood changes, brain fog, urinary symptoms, sexual symptoms, breast changes, joint pain, trouble sleeping, lack of energy, vaginal dryness and irritation, changes in your periods, or other changes you think may be due to perimenopause/menopause, I would love to help!

This is a great choice if you are located outside the state of Colorado, or if you live in Colorado and are on Medicare.
Though I cannot provide direct medical advice or prescribe medications to you, I can still do so much to support you! This can include advice about how to find and approach another provider, general information about prescription options including risks/benefits, general information about your personal risks (ie personal or family history of breast cancer, clot, etc), and general information about lifestyle changes.
Coaching is for you if you’re not sure where to start and need guidance to get headed in the correct direction, or you need more support with navigating the complex road of perimenopause and menopause.
Whether via direct care or educational coaching:

I offer tailored options based on patient’s preferences, which can include bioidentical compounded hormones. Luckily, the vast majority of the FDA-approved hormones you can receive at your local pharmacy are “bioidentical” in the sense they are the same formulation as hormones made naturally in your body. This is the option that is the best fit for most patients. However, there are many reasons patients prefers compounded medications (costs, allergies, need for more customized treatment options) and I support this option as well. I do not prescribe or place hormone pellets.

Yes! Ob/Gyns are superhuman physicians who are often juggling their office practice, surgeries, and routine and emergency obstetrical concerns all at the same time, possibly on little sleep! If you love your Ob/Gyn but just need some dedicated time with a menopause expert to review your options so you can streamline your next in-person appointment, I’m here for you!
